Shipping policy

The majority of our items are ready to ship. If an item is not ready to ship, there will be a note in the item's description.

We usually process orders in 1-3 days. 

We utilize USPS as our main shipping carrier, however we reserve the right to choose another shipping carrier on a case-by-case basis.

All orders that are shipped receive tracking information. 

We drop all of our items at the post office.

Note: While we drop off all of our items at the post office, we are request to drop off our packages in the back receiving location (where the trucks are) due to the amount of packages we drop off daily.

With this (not going inside the 'retail' portion of the post office), our items are normally not scanned when they are dropped of. We do see, however, that (for the most part) our items are scanned at the next post office hub, which is usually Los Angeles.

We have had instances in which an item is delivered to a customer without any scan.

Any items that are being dropped off to a customer, such as a school or police department, contact your representative for estimates.
